                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS & RECREATION TO ENTER 
                  INTO A CONTRACT WITH FRANKLIN ASSOCIATES, 
                  ARCHITECTS, INC., RELATIVE TO ARCHITECTURAL 
                  SERVICES AT THE SHEPHERD RECREATION CENTER.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks & Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract with Franklin Associates, Architects, Inc., relative to 
       architectural services at the Shepherd Recreation Center.
